- Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and reports \n
- Manage files and maintain accurate client records \n
- Handle client enquiries by phone and email \n
- Assist with property transactions and associated documentation \n
- Support diary management and appointment scheduling \n
- Maintain document management systems and filing records \n
- Provide general office administration as required \n
About You

- Previous administration experience is essential \n
- Experience within property, legal, estate agency, construction, or another professional services environment would be beneficial \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n
- Confident using Microsoft Office \n
- Proactive, professional, and eager to learn \n
- Comfortable carrying out both administrative and secretarial duties \n
