Legal Assistant MOJ Stage 3

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy MOJ Stage 3 team. The role involves progressing admitted liability claims through Stage 3 of the MOJ portal with accuracy, efficiency and strong attention to detail.

• Handling general call queries
\n
• MOJ administration and court post
\n
• Reviewing claimant and vehicle-related losses, including Credit Hire
\n
• Drafting witness statements
\n
• Submitting Stage 3 packs
\n
• Issuing proceedings
\n
• Preparing court bundles and briefing counsel
\n

\n
• Previous MOJ/PI experience advantageous
\n
• Strong organisational skills
\n
• Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
\n
• Confident in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Good Excel skills
\n
