Senior Finance Analyst (Beauty Industry)

**MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE OR ON VERY SHORT NOTICE**Your New CompanyI'm supporting a luxury beauty business who are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst to play a key role in driving commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Operations within a dynamic, brand-led environment. They are looking for a qualified finance professional (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with proven financial analysis & modelling experience.You will ideally come from a Retail/Product-led background, however they are open on sector experience with the right skill set. You must be immediately available / under 4 weeks notice!Your New RoleKey Responsibilities:

• Supporting month-end and budgeting
\n
• Business partnering with commercial teams, supporting with reporting needs
\n
• Providing weekly sales reporting, alongside comprehensive variance analysis
\n
• Financial modelling and maintaining/developing dashboards
\n
• Support decision-making with financial modelling and scenario analysis
\n
• Business partner with internal key stakeholders and department heads
\n
• Identify margin improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies
\n
• Present insights to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions
\n
• Ad hoc projects and analysis as required
\n

What You'll Need to Succeed

\n
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or QBE
\n
• Proven financial analysis & modelling experience
\n
• Experience with: P&L, FP&A and ideally stock
\n
• Power BI experience a bonus
\n
• Ideally have product environment experience within the Retail / Wholesale / FMCG / Manufacturing sectors
\n
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
\n
• Strong Excel skills
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
\n
