Location: Chew Magna, BristolSalary: Competitive (depending on experience)Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm (30 minutes Lunch)
Overview\nAre you eager to kickstart a career in electrical manufacturing? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Wireperson to join our growing production team in Chew Magna, Bristol. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities\nAs a Trainee Wireperson, you will work alongside experienced professionals and be trained to:

- Assemble electrical control panels and components. \n
- Wire control panels using engineering drawings and wiring diagrams. \n
- Prepare, strip, crimp, and terminate cables. \n
- Fit electrical components and sub-assemblies. \n
- Conduct basic electrical testing and quality inspections. \n
- Utilize a variety of hand tools and assembly equipment. \n
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping. \n
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times. \n
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

- A genuine interest in electrical or electronic assembly. \n
- Strong practical skills and a willingness to learn. \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. \n

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, or a technical subject (advantageous but not essential). \n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or workshop environments is beneficial but not required. \n
