Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to work part-time (Flexi 21-25 hours per week), to be fully responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of weekly, monthly and annual payroll calculations for clients.
\nThey will also consider permanent part-time (Flexi 21-25 hours per week).
\nKey Responsibilities

- Delivering client payroll with accuracy and to agreed timetables \n
- Developing, maintaining, optimising and deploying suitable payroll processes and controls. \n
- Collation of monthly & weekly payroll data within required timeframes and authorisation guidelines. \n
- Reconciliation of costings \n
- Supporting the transfer of payroll for new clients \n
- Supporting ad-hoc payroll projects \n
- Assist in P11ds and PSA \n
- Developing and maintaining client relationships \n
- Troubleshooting and handling internal and external queries \n
- Client specific duties including European payroll data management \n
