Private Client Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service. \nThe successful candidate will join a busy and growing Private Client team, supporting solicitors across a broad range of matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate, Estate Administration, and related private client work.
\nThe Role
\nThis is a full-time, office-based position offering exposure to high-quality private client work.
\nKey responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Managing and progressing a small caseload under supervision, with scope for increased responsibility over time \n
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and supporting documentation \n
- Gathering, reviewing and analysing client information and documentation. \n
- Conducting legal and factual research as required \n
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other third parties \n
- Maintaining accurate file records and updating case management systems \n
Candidate Requirements
\nTo be considered for this position, applicants should have:
\n- \n
- A minimum of 12 months' experience within a Private Client, Wills & Probate \n
- Previous experience supporting matters relating to Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and LPAs \n
- Strong legal document drafting and document review skills \n
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail \n
- Effective written and verbal communication skills \n
- Strong research and analytical capabilities \n
- Experience using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively \n
- A professional, compassionate and client-focused approach \n
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive matters appropriately \n
A law degree, CILEx qualification, or relevant paralegal qualification would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with suitable experience.
