FBP - Client Lead - £90k

The FBP role supports a key property client, to manage an effective contract with forecasting and reporting, as well as building new processes and controls.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making processes.

• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with organisational goals.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators.
\n
• Produce detailed financial reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
\n
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
\n
• Support strategic initiatives and provide financial modelling for projects.
\n
• Act as a trusted advisor to non-finance teams, providing guidance on financial matters.

Profile

A successful FBP should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
\n
• Experience managing a large client account
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
\n
• Proven ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
\n
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within the property industry.
\n
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
\n
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for financial improvement.
\n
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
\n
