Ilminster | £15.87 per hour | 6:30pm-4am | Monday - Thursday | Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an FLT Driver to join a well-established manufacturer based in Ilminster, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to work in a supportive team environment.

Key Duties:\n

  • \n

    Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

    • \n
  • \n

    Supply one-tonne boxes to feed production lines and operate the computerised stock system.

    • \n
  • \n

    Work in a busy production environment, ensuring smooth and safe material flow.

    • \n
  • \n

    Carry out all duties in line with Health & Safety guidelines.

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain high standards and accuracy while working independently and as part of a team.

    • \n
Requirements:\n

  • \n

    Current counterbalance forklift licence is essential.

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience working in a busy production or manufacturing environment.

    • \n
  • \n

    Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.

    • \n
  • \n

    Motivated, responsible, and reliable.

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
