• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all accounts are up-to-date.
\n
• Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and liaising with suppliers as needed.
\n
• Prepare payment runs and ensure proper authorisations are in place.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
\n
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless operations.
\n
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding accounts payable matters.
\n

Profile

A successful Interim Accounts Payable should have:

• Previous experience in accounts payable

• A strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
\n
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Offer

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from £14.00 to £16.00, depending on experience.
