\nThe Role
\n\nAs a Collections Executive, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
\nMaking outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment , aiming to resolve matters in a single call, you calls will be on an auto dialler so you don’t even have to think who to call next !
\nHandling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiries
\nTaking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficiently
\nIssuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when required
\nThis is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and problem-solving are key.
\n\nWhat We’re Looking For
\n\nIdeally educated to graduate level (though this isn’t essential)
\nConfident communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
\nCalm, professional, and solutions-focused, even in challenging situations
\nPrevious experience in collections
