A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and growing team in Wimborne. This role offers a personable and technically strong solicitor the chance to handle a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with clear opportunities for progression.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Manage a broad range of private client matters including:\n
  \n
  • Drafting wills and estate planning.
  \n
  • Handling probate and estate administration.
  \n
  • Creating and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  \n
  • Advising on trusts and tax planning (desirable).
  \n
  • Dealing with Court of Protection matters (advantageous but not essential).
  \n
\n
• Provide exceptional client care, maintaining and building client relationships.
\n
• Work autonomously while also benefiting from the support of an experienced team.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), though all levels will be considered.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across private client work.
\n
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
\n
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.
\n
