Finance Manager

• Managing a small finance team of two
\n
• Delivering ad hoc reporting, including job costings, WIP, sales and margin analysis
\n
• Collaborating as part of the senior management team
\n
• Running informal month-end reporting and management accounts reviews
\n
• Preparing monthly management accounts, weekly cashflow, P&L analysis, budgeting and WIP
\n
• Overseeing payroll processes in partnership with HR and an external bureau
\n
• Liaising with department heads to keep projects financially on track and within deadlines
\n
• Handling timesheet submissions and resolving related queries
\n

What you will need:\n

\n
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a strong QBE with relevant experience
\n
• Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Business Partner role within manufacturing or production environments
\n
• Experience working within a manufacturing based environment
\n
