JS legal Recruitment is working with a firm of Solicitors , who is looking for a talented Private Client Paralegal to join their busy Private Client Department.

If you’re a Private Client Paralegal with experience in Wills, Trusts, Estates, Tax planning, Deputyship and LPAs, IHT matters, then we would like to hear from you.

The Role

\n
• You will assist with a varied caseload of Private Client Matters.
\n
• To include drafting legal documents, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and HMRC Inheritance Tax forms
\n
• Court of Protection, Probate and the Administration of Estates and Trusts.
\n
• Tax Planning, IHT matters, Estate Planning, Trusts
\n
• Elderly client matters
\n
• Costing the court of protection files
\n
• Preparing Estate Accounts
\n
• Dealing with client queries
\n

The candidate

\n
• The successful candidate will ideally possess a minimum of 1 year of Private Client Paralegal experience
\n
• Experience dealing with a broad caseload of Private Client matters
\n
• Excellent organisational skills
\n
• Working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office Applications
\n
• A strong team player
\n
• Be able to work on your own initiative
\n
• Be an excellent listener with a sympathetic ear
\n
