Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive Brighton - Sussex (Full-Time, Permanent) Hybrid An established and forward-thinking law firm in Brighton is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with NQ PQE upwards who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment.

Role Highlights

• Manage a caseload of 15–20 new residential conveyancing files monthly
\n
• Handle both freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
\n
• Work on remortgages and transfers of equity
\n
• Exposure to New Build and Shared Ownership work is desirable but not essential
\n

About you

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical skills
\n
• Is an excellent communicator, able to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
\n
• Is commercially minded and confident supporting business development initiatives
\n
• Brings a proactive and organised approach to workload management
\n
