Senior Project Manager X2 Needed – Large Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment scheme 📍 Bristol 💰 £110,000 - £115,000+ 📄 Permanent or Fixed-Term Contract I'm currently working with a leading UK fit out and refurbishment contractor that is looking to appoint two Senior Project Managers to join the team on a major £50M+ commercial fit out and refurbishment project in Bristol. My client is an established UK fit out and refurbishment contractor with a fantastic reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors.The business places a strong emphasis on employee development, providing clear opportunities for career progression and supporting its people to grow and advance within the organisation. The Opportunity You will take a leading role in the delivery of a flagship commercial fit out and refurbishment scheme, working closely with the Project Director and wider delivery team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders. Drive programme, quality and health & safety performance. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project costs, risks and commercial performance. Ensure works are delivered to programme and in line with contractual requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector. Track record of successfully delivering projects valued at £20m+. Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, programming and project delivery. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer?
