Real Estate Lawyer

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to join the highly regarded London Real Estate team of a leading City firm. The team is looking to recruit a Real Estate Associate with 2–3 years’ PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a personable, progressive and entrepreneurial firm with a strong reputation for high-quality work, complex matters and a genuinely supportive culture. The successful candidate will work closely with all of the Real Estate partners and gain exposure to a broad range of high-value commercial property transactions.

The Real Estate team acts for a number of global household names, international investors and businesses investing in the London property market. It is particularly well known for advising corporate occupiers, including fast-growth technology, AI, fintech and venture capital businesses.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
\n
• 2-3 years’ PQE gained at a leading commercial property practice.

• Experience working on high-profile and high-value commercial real estate transactions
\n
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
\n
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
\n
