Location: LeedsSalary: £32,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)

\nYou'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, infrastructure and industrial developments, taking projects from site investigation through to detailed geotechnical design.
The Geotechnical Engineer Role\nAs a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and supervising ground investigations. \n
- Logging soil and rock samples to current standards. \n
- Producing factual and interpretative geotechnical reports. \n
- Carrying out geotechnical analysis and foundation recommendations. \n
- Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams. \n
- Assisting with slope stability, retaining wall and foundation design. \n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. \n

- Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering. \n
- Experience within a UK geotechnical consultancy. \n
- Knowledge of UK ground investigation practices. \n
- Experience producing geotechnical reports. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills. \n
