Internal Finishing Manager – High-Rise Location: Leeds Job Type: Freelance Duration: Ongoing Rate: Competitive DOE Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking an experienced Internal Finishing Manager to join a flagship high-rise residential development in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale city centre project, taking responsibility for the internal fit-out and finishing stages through to handover. Key Responsibilities Manage all internal finishing works from first fix through to completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and programme targets are achieved. Oversee the completion of apartments and communal areas, ensuring finishes meet the required specification. Carry out quality inspections, snagging and de-snagging works. Monitor progress and resolve site issues to maintain programme. Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company health & safety procedures. Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Design Team and Client representatives. Support the commissioning and handover process, ensuring a smooth project completion. Requirements Previous experience as a Finishing Manager, Internal Package Manager or Site Manager on residential or mixed-use developments. Proven track record delivering high-quality internal finishes on large-scale projects, ideally high-rise developments. Strong eye for detail with excellent quality control and snagging experience. Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. Immediate or short notice availability preferred
