Mechanical Project Manager West Yorkshire | £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Package Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join one of the UK’s most established building services contractors? We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected national MEP contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering fast-paced retail and commercial projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their West Yorkshire team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-run business with a strong pipeline of repeat work for major retail clients. The Role You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects within the retail sector, managing schemes from pre-construction through to completion and ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and client expectations are consistently achieved. The role offers a genuine blend of site, home and office working, with travel to projects across the UK as required. While national travel forms part of the role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working when not on site. Typical projects include: * National retail fit-outs and refurbishments * Supermarkets and large retail developments * Commercial refurbishment schemes * Fast-track mechanical installations We’re Looking For * Mechanical Project Management experience with an MEP contractor * Strong building services background * Experience delivering building services projects from inception to completion * Excellent client-facing and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple live projects * Willingness to travel nationally when projects require * Full UK driving licence
