What's on Offer: • Competitive salary dependent on experience • Supportive management and clear communication throughout the project • Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects • Genuine opportunities for career progression • Join a growing and reputable construction business Qualifications Essential: Construction Site Management experience Valid CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence Excellent leadership and organisational skills Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Desirable: SMSTS First Aid at Work Experience using Primavera P6 Experience using Civil 3D Construction Management qualification Roles & Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day site operations from project commencement through to completion. • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. • Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved. • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and Health & Safety compliance. • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company procedures and environmental regulations. • Review site progress and resolve construction issues efficiently. • Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, progress reports and safety documentation. • Manage labour resources effectively to maximise productivity. • Monitor programme performance and identify potential risks before they impact delivery. • Ensure works are completed to specification and client expectations. • Maintain excellent communication across all project teams. • Undertake any additional duties as directed by the company. Requirements As Site Manager, you will also be expected to: • Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget. • Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation. • Complete all project documentation accurately and on time. • Lead by example, promoting a positive safety culture on site. • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues.
