They are looking for someone who can manage the office and team of import / export clerks, office staff and liaise with the finance department.

Experience managing a small - medium sized team, someone who is driven, enthusiastic and can motivate a team to work towards company performance related bonus'.

You will be involved in recruitment, managing staff holidays / absence, work load and ensuring the office is running smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
