This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tax specialist to take ownership of a varied compliance portfolio while also gaining exposure to a wide range of advisory projects.You will work closely with senior managers, directors, and partners, supporting both compliance and advisory work across a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, UK and international groups, and non-resident entities.Key Responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Assistant Manager:\n

- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax compliance cases and reporting to senior team members. \n
- Preparing corporation tax computations and tax returns for a varied client base. \n
- Preparing tax disclosures for financial statements and supporting deferred tax calculations where required. \n
- Working with owner-managed SMEs, corporate groups, UK subsidiaries of international businesses, and non-resident landlords. \n
- Supporting compliance with complex tax regimes including corporate interest restriction, transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting, and senior accounting officer requirements. \n
- Assisting with specialist tax reliefs including R&D, capital allowances, EIS/SEIS, and property-related tax matters. \n
- Supporting share scheme work and non-resident landlord compliance. \n
- Providing research and technical support on a range of corporate tax advisory projects. \n
- Assisting with advisory assignments including reorganisations, demergers, financing arrangements, cross-border transactions, and transfer pricing matters. \n
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and confident manner. \n

- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in corporate tax compliance, including group structures. \n
- ATT qualified or part-qualified / qualified ACA or ACCA (CTA desirable but not essential). \n
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax compliance and reporting. \n
- Confident working across multiple clients and managing competing deadlines. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. \n
