The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals throughout the transaction
