People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Runcorn, Cheshire.   • Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

  • Friday: 06:00 – 14:30
    • \n

Rates of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

\n

As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Precision cutting of materials
    • \n
  • Operating and working with a variety of machinery
    • \n
  • Matching the correct tools to specific job requirements
    • \n
  • Checking product quality and ensuring high standards are maintained
    • \n
  • Recording production information accurately
    • \n
  • Handling materials safely and carefully
    • \n
\n

Essential Skills

\n
    \n
  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25kg
    • \n
  • strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions accurately
    • \n
  • A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively to meet production targets
    • \n
\n

Desirable Experience

\n
    \n
  • Previous factory or Production Operative experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
    • \n
  • Experience using machinery or hand tools would be advantageous but is not required.
    • \n
  • GCSE Maths
    • \n
\n
