Finance Manager

Finance Manager | Chester | £55,000 - £65,000

An opportunity to join a large, international business in a newly created role. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will have a broad set of responsibilities overseeing a small but able team, whilst continuing to improve existing processes with aim to become more efficient.

Main duties include;

• Staff management of 4 across Accounts Payable and Credit Control
\n
• Design and implement KPIs to ensure accurate and timely collections/payments
\n
• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts
\n
• Act as an escalation point for all vendor queries
\n
• Balance sheet reconciliations
\n
• Continuous development and improvement of processes
\n
• Assist the Financial Controller during quarterly reporting deadlines
\n
• Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure data and performance is distributed internally efficiently
\n

Candidate profile;

Ideally suited to an experienced staff manager who would like to gain more exposure in a large business whilst still remaining ‘hands on’ and being able to add value.
