Solicitor - Wills & Probate

Location: Near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wills & Probate Solicitor to join our well-established and growing private client department based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing practical, compassionate advice on a broad range of private client matters. You'll become part of a supportive team with a strong local reputation and genuine opportunities for career progression.

You will manage your own varied caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills
\n
• Probate and estate administration
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Trust creation and administration
\n
• Inheritance Tax and estate planning
\n
• Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
\n
• Providing exceptional client care throughout every stage of the process
\n

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
\n
• Has at least 2 years' PQE in Private Client/Wills & Probate (applications from more experienced candidates are welcomed).
\n
• Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
\n
• Has excellent communication and client care skills.
\n
• Is organised, proactive and commercially aware.
\n
• Enjoys networking and helping to develop the department.
\n
