We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established business based in Solihull on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who can deliver accurate financial reporting and support key business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
\n
• Variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
\n
• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
\n
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
\n
• Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight
\n
• Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of financial controls
\n
• Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency
\n
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies
\n

\n
• Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
\n
• Part-qualified, fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
\n
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
\n
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
\n
• Must be able to attend the Solihull office on a hybrid basis
\n
