Residential Conveyancer - Bolton - up to £40,000 DOEOur client, a well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team.The company is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. This role offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload from instruction through to completion
\n
• Provide expert legal advice on a broad spectrum of residential conveyancing matters
\n
• Draft and review legal documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
\n
• Conduct necessary searches, raise enquiries, and liaise with third parties such as estate agents, lenders, and surveyors
\n
• Maintain high levels of client care and communication throughout the transaction
\n
• Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice
\n

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
\n
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across a variety of residential property matters
\n
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and busy environment
\n
• Adaptable and open to using new legal technologies and systems
\n
• While commercial property experience is welcome, it is not essential.
