• An existing Private Client Paralegal looking to progress.

As the Private Client Paralegal, you will:\n

• Support an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a varied caseload.
\n
• Attend client meetings and prepare follow-up documentation.
\n
• Draft legal correspondence and client letters.
\n
• Assist with probate administration.
\n
• Prepare legal documents and client files.
\n
• Manage electronic records accurately.
\n
• Liaise with clients in a professional, patient and compassionate manner.
\n
• Work closely with colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
\n

What we are looking for The successful Private Client Paralegal will ideally have:\n

• Previous experience within Private Client law - either as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal.
\n
• An understanding of probate administration.
\n
• Excellent organisational skills.
\n
• Strong attention to detail.
\n
• A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
\n
• A willingness to learn and develop.
\n
• The ability to adapt to established ways of working.
\n
