- £13 per hour, paid weekly \n
- Overtime paid at enhanced rates (weekday uplift after 39 hours, higher weekend rates) \n

- Monitoring raw material condition throughout the production process \n
- Preparing machinery before production and carrying out post-production clean-down \n
- Ensuring finished products are prepared accurately for despatch \n

- Previous experience within a heavy industrial or engineering environment \n
- Experience operating plant or machinery in a production setting \n
- Strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards \n
- Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments \n
- Engineering process knowledge (metallurgy or chemistry advantageous) \n
