Job Description
The Business Services Team is focused on building strong client relationships and helping small businesses grow with confidence. We provide a fully supportive finance function, delivering services including bookkeeping, VAT returns, confirmation statements, management accounts, and advisory support.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you will strengthen your technical accounting skills while developing leadership, communication, and commercial awareness. You will work closely with senior team members and play a key role in supporting both clients and colleagues in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
\nIn this role, you will support the Team Leader in the management and delivery of services to the client base. You will act as a key support to ensure clients receive an excellent service and that the team operates efficiently and consistently.

- Supporting the Team Leader with the day-to-day management of the client portfolio \n
- Arranging and attending client meetings (both via Teams and in person) \n
- Managing and developing junior staff, including work allocation, review, and ad hoc training \n
- Ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard \n
- Assisting with business development activities \n
- Liaising with the Team Leader to help shape and implement team strategy \n
- Supporting the preparation and review of management accounts and statutory filings \n
- Assisting in the development and implementation of best practice processes and procedures \n
- Contributing to the development of the team's technology and automation strategy \n
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and increase commercial value \n
Qualification:

- ACA or ACCA qualified or Qualified by Experience \n
- 3+ years practice experience \n
Package:
\n- \n
- Starting salary of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE \n
- Flexible working hours (start between 08:00–10:00, finish between 16:30–18:30) \n
