Job Title: Specialist Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer
\nLocation: Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury or Fordingbridge offices (Hybrid, remote & onsite working available)

\n\nOur Leasehold Team
\nThe team is one of a small number of genuinely specialist lease extension teams nationwide, and is possibly the largest, most specialist team of its type. They handle work throughout England and Wales for both freeholders and leaseholders. The team continue to significantly increase our work, as the team's excellent reputation spreads. The team deal with around 350 cases a year and have helped around 10,000 people extend their leases or buy their freehold.
\n\nThe work
\nThe job involves a caseload of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage cases. It does not involve contentious leasehold work - they have 2 specialist property litigators who handle that and to work closely with the leasehold team.
\n\nThe successful candidate
\n* have a minimum of 3 years' experience of dedicated lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage work
\n* be a leasehold extension and enfranchisement specialist with extensive experience
\n* have demonstrable experience of supervision and training of junior staff - this is a key part of this role. The successful candidate will need to enjoy playing this role and be able to prove they have done so in the past
\n* have a desire to continue growing their specialist experience and knowledge
\n* have the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
\n* have excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
\n* have a history of strong billing
\n* have the ability to delegate efficiently
\n* be an enthusiastic team player, with great people skills
\n* have good organisational and excellent IT skills
\n\nFull or part-time
\nThe job is available ideally on a full-time, but we will also consider part-time candidates.
\n\nFlexible and home working
\nThe job is available either on a remote working basis, or hybrid based at one of our 4 branch offices - Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury and Fordingbridge.
\nCandidates who are able to spend some time in the office will have priority for this particular role, because of a need for some degree of training and supervision of juniors.
