Job Description
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established independent wealth management firm with the recruitment of a Wealth Management Administrator.
\nThe company is based in central Leeds and provides bespoke wealth-management and financial-planning services to private clients. It has operated since 2004 and focuses on building long-term client relationships through independent, tailored advice.
\nPermanent position. This role will initially be office-based during the training period, with hybrid working available once the successful candidate is fully trained.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide administrative support to the Client Service Directors and wider wealth-management team. \n
- Prepare and pre-complete client application forms. \n
- Produce cost and charges disclosure documents. \n
- Obtain provider illustrations and supporting product information. \n
- Prepare factsheets, Key Investor Information Documents and other pre-advice paperwork. \n
- Submit new business applications and investment trades through investment platforms and life companies. \n
- Ensure all applications and trades are completed accurately and within the required deadlines. \n
- Maintain accurate transaction records to support valuation reconciliation. \n
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure client files are complete and compliant. \n
- Add and update client information within the iO back-office system. \n
- Complete the relevant iO workflows and maintain accurate diary entries. \n
- Check that anti-money laundering and compliance requirements have been satisfied. \n
- Submit letters of authority to providers and obtain policy information. \n
- Ensure client files contain all required agreements, reports and supporting documentation. \n
- Confirm files are fully compliant before new business is submitted. \n
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based client records. \n
- Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, post and franking. \n

- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar administrative role within financial services. \n
- Previous experience within wealth management, financial planning, pensions or investments. \n
- Experience processing new business through investment platforms and product providers. \n
- Good understanding of financial-services compliance and anti-money laundering requirements. \n
- Experience using a financial-services back-office system; knowledge of iO would be advantageous. \n
- Confident handling client information and maintaining accurate, compliant records. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate level. \n
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working within a client-focused environment. \n
