Maintenance Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader to join one of our Manufacturing clients in Wakefield.

Maintenance Team Leader £50,0004 on 4 off (days and nights)Duties and responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 3 engineers whilst being on the tools
\n
• Responsible for shift handovers, allocating work and supporting the engineers
\n
• Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
\n
• Taking a hands-on role in maintenance, fault-finding and repair
\n
• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site
\n

\n
• Open to mechanical or electrical bias
\n
• Experience working in a regulated or critical environment
\n
• Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
\n
• A hands on leadership style with strong safety awareness
\n
• Confidence prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
\n
