Finance Manager

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join a unique SME Hospitality company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:

£42,000 - £47,000 plus hybrid working and wider benefits package

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting
\n
• Oversee smooth day to day running of the Finance Department
\n
• Monthly presentation meetings with the Board
\n
• Monitor, review and reconciliation of the Balance Sheet with supporting documentation
\n
• Bank Reconciliation Review and oversee Accounts Payables and Receivables
\n
• Provide financial analysis and insights for Management to support business decisions and identify performance drivers
\n
• Preparation of bi-annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
\n
• Driving financial discipline to ensure compliant sound and effective financial management
\n
• Identify areas to improve efficiency and accuracy through documented process improvements and the use of finance software
\n
• Act as a key contact for external auditors during the Year End audit
\n
• Support Accounts Assistant with ongoing training for growth in the role
\n

Person specification:

\n
• Currently working a role producing end to end management account packs
\n
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, agility and embrace change within a dynamic environment in a growing company.
\n
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and must be able to interact with internal and external partners
\n
• Ability to work effectively within a small team, be highly organised and work well under pressure.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate level skills in Excel.
\n
