Finance Business Partner

A private equity backed real estate business is looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their growing City based head office.

Key responsibilities:

\n
• Manage and support the regional Finance Business Partnering function.
\n
• Challenge and support Regional CEO and Senior Management Teams.
\n
• Regionally specific finance operations - Month end delivery with ownership across P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow Analysis. Ensure that all routine management information is produced in a timely manner with desired integrity.
\n
• Preparing Forecasts and comprehensive Budget detail across specific sites.
\n
• Review of weekly KPI/stats reporting.
\n
• Internal / External audit support (Balance sheet recs / Income Rec / monthly schedules).
\n
• Involvement in Adhoc Project work and tasks that could be Group or Regionally related.
\n
• Perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the group.
\n

This role will be a great fit if you can demonstrate:

• Either ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent.
\n
• To be able to work with multiple departments and stakeholders within the business while providing direct value add into day to day and monthly processing.
\n
• A self-starter with the ability to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
\n
• Ability to support decision-making with sound financial analysis.
\n
• Proven experience in a similar business partnering role.
