Are you a mortgage professional, seeking a new opportunity where you can build your skills with a specialist, niche lender? Our client is a specialist mortgage brokerage and one of the UK’s leading experts in self-build, custom-build, renovation and conversion finance.

Our client is seeking an experienced, mortgage expert to join their specialist mortgage team. Playing a key role in supporting customers throughout their mortgage journey, you will be part of a collaborative and high performing team.

Duties will include:

• Responsible for packaging and progressing mortgage applications from Decisions in Principle, through to mortgage offer.
\n
• Assessing cases and issuing clear requirements to customers and Mortgage Advisers.
\n
• Reviewing financial documentation and supporting application documentation.
\n
• Packaging and submitting fully reviewed, quality-checked mortgage applications to lenders.
\n
• Actively chasing outstanding information to progress applications.
\n

The successful individual will possess:

\n
• Previous experience in mortgage case management.
\n
• Experience processing mortgage applications from DIP through to offer.
\n
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
\n
• CeMap would be highly desirable but not essential.
\n

Along with a competitive salary, our client offers hybrid working of 2 days per week based at head office and the remainder working remotely (full office presence would be required for the probationary period - 3 months), company pension scheme, life insurance, bonus scheme and more.
