Full training and support will be provided, including structured study towards recognised bookkeeping and accounting qualifications.

\nAs a Trainee Accounts Assistant / Administrator / Bookkeeper, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the practice, assist with client communication, and learn how to complete a full range of accountancy tasks. This role is ideal for a graduate or trainee candidate looking to build a long-term career in a stimulating, supportive environment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Client Communication — Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally. \n
- Practice Administration — Support general admin tasks, client interaction, and workflow coordination. \n
- Allocating Work — Assign accounts tasks to the correct team members and track progress. \n
- Payroll Support — Assist with payroll processing (full training provided). \n
- General Accountancy — Learn and support VAT returns, tax returns, and other accountancy tasks. \n
- Bookkeeping — Record income, maintain ledgers, and support day-to-day bookkeeping. \n
- Quality Assurance — Complete QA checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance. \n
- Workflow Tracking — Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time. \n
