CNC Miller

Salary: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Turners and Millers to join a growing team based in Nelson. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit, supportive working environment within a well-established CNC engineering company.

The business operates across a range of exciting sectors including Aerospace, Energy Generation, Automotive, and other high-precision engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
\n
• Producing high-quality precision components to engineering drawings
\n
• Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
\n
• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in CNC Milling and/or Turning
\n
• Ability to set and operate CNC machines independently
\n
• Must be time-served (apprenticeship or equivalent experience)
\n
• Experience with Fanuc controls is preferred
\n
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
\n
