Location: Rochester – Covering London & South East

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Van

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

• A well-established, family-owned height safety specialist is recruiting an experienced Fall Protection Engineer to join their team based in Rochester.

• Supporting commercial and high-profile sites across London and the South East, this is an

• minimal nights away, and genuine support for its engineers.
\n

What’s on offer:

• Up to £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
\n
• 38.5-hour week, including paid lunch
\n
• Overtime: time and a half (Monday to Saturday), double time (Sunday)
\n
• Mostly London & South East work – minimal working away & no building site work
\n

The role:

\n
• Install, inspect, test and maintain fall protection systems
\n
• Work on lifelines, anchors, guardrails and height safety systems
\n
• Carry out inspections and remedial works
\n
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately
\n
• Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site
\n
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry standards
\n

What they’re looking for:

• Proven hands-on experience within fall protection or height safety
\n
• Strong knowledge of BS 7883
\n
• Comfortable working at height
\n
• Reliable, organised and professional
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Must be able to commute to Rochester
\n
