Job Description
As a Senior Indirect Tax Manager in Abingdon, you'll oversee all aspects of indirect tax compliance and advisory work within the not-for-profit industry. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the organisation meets its tax obligations efficiently while providing strategic guidance on tax matters.

- Manage and ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations across all relevant jurisdictions. \n
- Provide strategic advice on indirect tax matters to support organisational objectives. \n
- Lead the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other tax filings. \n
- Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities and external advisors. \n
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation. \n
- Develop and deliver training for internal teams on tax-related topics. \n
- Assist in tax planning and risk management initiatives. \n
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on tax strategies. \n
Profile
\nA successful Senior Indirect Tax Manager should have:

- Strong expertise in indirect tax, particularly VAT. \n
- Experience working within complex organisational structures. \n
- Proven ability to interpret and apply tax legislation. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A professional tax qualification or equivalent experience. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Will be CTA,ACA,ACCA Qualified. \n
- Be from a Top 10 practice. \n
Job Offer

- Salary between £90,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience. \n
- Permanent position based around Abingdon. \n
