We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Fleet & Workshop Support Officer to provide essential administrative support within our team. This temporary position is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, especially during our recruitment period.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate team members. \n
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation. \n
- Maintain and update databases, records, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. \n
- Support the team with the coordination of workloads, task follow-ups, and basic reporting. \n
- Assist with purchasing, raising orders, and processing invoices as needed. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks. \n
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and external contacts. \n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). \n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \n
- Previous administrative experience in a busy environment is highly desirable. \n
