Banking & Finance Solicitor

We are working with a top tier International law firm as they look to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor. The team work with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of financing transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending.

The Role

• Advising on a range of issues across a full remit of banking and finance issues
\n
• Developing and maintaining knowledge on issues within banking and finance
\n
• Autonomously handled a varied caseload with minimal support
\n
• Actively participating in business development opportunities and maintain currently relationships with clientele
\n
• Provide high quality legal advice to clients
\n

About you

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
\n
• Solid grounding in banking and finance
\n
• Personable individual to work within a collaborative team
\n
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
\n
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development
\n
