The RoleAs a Winding Operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components to exact specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent concentration, a high level of manual dexterity, and a meticulous approach to your work.

Key duties include:

  Winding stainless steel coils to specification

\n
• \n

  Spot welding components

\n
• \n

  Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process

\n
• \n

  Using measuring equipment such as tape measures

\n
• \n

  Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping

\n

We're looking for candidates who:

  Have excellent attention to detail

\n
• \n

  Possess strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

\n
• \n

  Can maintain a high level of concentration during repetitive, precision-based tasks

\n
• \n

  Have previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred)

\n
• \n

  Are reliable, hardworking and take pride in producing quality work

\n
