A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer (4-5 Years PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team based across Hastings and Eastbourne. This Private Client Lawyer (4-5 Years PQE) opportunity offers exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex, rewarding work, alongside a respected Partner who is known for mentoring and developing talent.\n

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
\n
• Work closely with high-net-worth clients
\n
• Draft Wills and provide estate planning advice
\n
• Handle probate and estate administration (including intestacy)
\n
• Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust
\n
• Opportunity to work on more complex matters, including Court of Protection work
\n
• Collaborate closely with an experienced Partner and supportive team
\n

What we are looking for The firm is looking for a driven and personable Private Client Lawyer (4-5 Years PQE) who is keen to develop their expertise and progress within a growing department.\n

• Qualified Solicitor with circa 4-5 years PQE (flexibility for the right candidate)
\n
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients is highly desirable
\n
• Strong background in private client work (Wills, probate, LPAs)
\n
• Ability to manage caseload independently
\n
• A proactive and client-focused approach
\n
• Someone who values teamwork and a supportive culture

• Open to both full-time and part-time applicants
