Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a Leeds-based employer as they look to appoint a Finance Business Partner on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This opportunity would suit a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing meaningful analysis and supporting business performance through high-quality financial insight.

  Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial support, analysis and challenge

  Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities

• \n

  Produce accurate and insightful management information to support decision making

\n
• \n

  Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate opportunities and support business initiatives

\n
• \n

  Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities

\n
• \n

  Support business cases and track performance against agreed objectives

\n
• \n

  Present findings and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

\n
• \n

  Drive improvements to reporting processes and management information

\n

\n
• \n

  Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or commercial finance role

\n
• \n

  Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

\n
• \n

  Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools

\n
• \n

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

\n
• \n

  Ability to influence and challenge constructively

\n
• \n

  Highly organised with strong attention to detail

\n

• \n

  Salary of £55,000 - £60,000
