Technician/Engineer to join a busy team of professionals in Cardiff, working on mainly Residential schemes. You would need 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally with Residential project experience under you belt – this person would take a lead role from concept through to construction. The role:\n
\n - Highways and Drainage designs
\n - Producing site levels
\n - Section and 185 agreements
\n - Earthworks modelling (3D)
\n
