Private Client Solicitor / Probate Executive

Full-Time Hybrid Working

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a well-established charitable organisation with strong ties to Israel, seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor, Probate Executive or Chartered Legal Executive to join its friendly Legacy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Solicitor or experienced Probate Executive to develop their career while managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage Probate and Estate Administration matters.
\n
• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
\n
• Prepare Probate applications and assist with inheritance tax matters.
\n
• Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and professional advisers.
\n
• Deliver a compassionate and professional service to clients.
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years' PQE), Chartered Legal Executive or Probate Executive.
\n
• Experience in Wills, Probate or Private Client law.
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
\n
