Due to a full order book and ongoing growth, they are now looking to expand their passionate production team.The RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operative to join the production team on a part-time basis. This is a critical role in the early stages of the garment manufacturing process, ensuring that luxury fabrics are correctly prepared and reinforced before assembly.Key Responsibilities:\n

- Carefully preparing and aligning high-quality fabrics and fusing materials. \n
- Placing materials onto the conveyor belt system for the fusing process. \n
- Monitoring the machinery to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality. \n
- Collecting, inspecting, and neatly organising the finished fused fabric once it passes through the machine. \n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation. \n
- Working collaboratively with the wider cutting and sewing teams to meet daily production targets. \n

- Excellent attention to detail and a pride in working with premium, luxury materials. \n
- Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work at a steady, efficient pace. \n
- A reliable, punctual work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude. \n
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as being a supportive team player. \n
- Any previous experience in a textiles, manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential. \n
