Can you thrive in a dynamic environment where your leadership can truly shine? We are currently looking for a locally based Service Manager to join our busy team in Guildford!

As the Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will expertly manage and coordinate requests for machine maintenance and repairs both within our workshop and on customer sites. You'll process parts orders, handle warranty repairs, and liaise with manufacturers, ensuring that we uphold our Health and Safety obligations.

The Service Manager role is pivotal in maintaining customer relationships and overseeing the seamless operation of our service desk and workshop activities, all whilst driving service standards to new heights.

Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday - Friday (no weekends)

Service Manager Requirements:

• Qualified mechanic or several years' experience in vehicle maintenance.
\n
• Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, ideally selling parts.
\n
• Knowledge of Health & Safety expectations within an engineering environment.
\n
• Strong skills in prioritising and organising.
\n
• Exceptional verbal, written, and critical thinking skills.
\n
